This new Seniors Living Community is located in Maroubra, within Randwick City Council Municipality. This prime location located less than 300metres from Maroubra Beach will introduce and a brand new aged care ‘campus’ with state-of-the-art design and integration with respite, home and community care services for seniors living in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The site includes both ILU’s, Community Centre and a RACF with dementia unit and rooftop dementia courtyard.
